Personal injury:

If you have been injured, it is important to contact an attorney as soon as possible. Having been in practice since 1998, I work with a team of experts to help present your case in the best way possible. General business law:

If you are starting a new business, working with a lawyer can help things run more smoothly. I work with clients to help them determine the best business formation and can also represent existing business in any collections work that they may have.

Bankruptcy:

I work with clients to help them find debt relief in the form of a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Many clients come to me seeking relief from credit card debt, car loans, medical bills, and divorce, among other causes. If you are buying or selling a home, condominium, co-op or land effective representation will ensure a smooth transaction. I also represent landlords and tenants in eviction actions, draft leases and represent clients with security deposit or property damage issues.
